About Me

Zack has worked in radio, off & on, since the age of 15, when he started as an intern. Since he was getting paid, he and the rest of the paid interns eventually got fired - since "free is better." He tried again at 17 ... and was also later fired. He did college radio, went back and interned again elsewhere again - and lo and behold - got himself hired part time ... before getting fired, again. But, for the past 15 years, he’s somehow managed to not get himself fired. And since then, he’s worked at a bunch of great stations, doing a bunch of mediocre imaging and / or spots ... but rather than bore you with an alphabet soup of call letters ... just know that he’s been back home in Philadelphia since 1998, has worked at 4 stations there, won some awards, and prides himself on being a smart ass. Which may be why he’s been fired before. But he’s still employed. For now.
